Good to know

If you’re suffering from a backbone or heart condition or from a recent serious injury, we advise you not to join our thrill rides. Without exception, expectant mothers are not accepted on board.

Please dress according to weather conditions, bearing in mind that it’s usually cooler on the river. Small bags are permitted but larger items must be left ashore. Please wear flat shoes and hold your beloved selfie machine securely. You don’t want to see it sink into the water!

Please arrive at the pier at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Don’t forget to bring a copy of your e-ticket. You can show it on your smartphone. And, most importantly, put on your best smile. We’re gonna have fun!
